Golf D’Hardelot – Les Pins

Overview

Golf d'Hardelot – Les Pins is a historic and picturesque 18-hole, par-71 championship course located on the northern coast of France, near Boulogne-sur-Mer. Originally designed by Tom Simpson in 1934, Les Pins is celebrated for its classic parkland layout, winding through a dense pine forest that creates a tranquil and visually stunning setting. The course stretches 6,218 meters (6,800 yards) and is known for its narrow, tree-lined fairways, subtle elevation changes, and well-protected greens that demand accuracy and precise shot-making.

Renovated in recent years to restore Simpson’s original design, Les Pins blends traditional charm with modern conditioning, offering a fair but challenging test for golfers of all skill levels. Its strategic bunkering and fast greens add complexity, while the peaceful woodland environment enhances the overall experience.

Golf d'Hardelot provides excellent practice facilities, including a driving range, short game area, and putting green. High-quality rental services for clubs, buggies, and trolleys ensure a comfortable visit. As one of France’s most prestigious golf destinations, Les Pins is consistently ranked among the top courses in Europe, delivering an unforgettable round in a serene and timeless setting.
